Each item is handmade, with nature as our materials. Given that no two animals, or people for that matter, are alike, variations and "blemishes" are completely normal. No product will ever be exactly alike another and this is the beauty of what we do- please keep this in mind when buying and looking at the product pictures. For one-off designs, the images are of the actual product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as made to order pieces) and worn jewelry. We prioritize your health and safety. If, however there is an issue, please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Sale items are final sale and non-returnable.

Your order takes 1-3 days to process and once shipped, within the States, arrives the same week or sooner depending on option you selected at checkout.

Shipping internationally, the order will arrive in about a week depending on the option you selected at checkout.

For international, customs can sometimes add delays from this timeline.

To the best of our ability, yes. Each design has been hand sketched, hand processed, and hand built. Many of these works start as sheet metal & wire, are hand-sawed, filed and soldered together.

We do not synthesize nature, and work with organic materials as our muse.
