Refund policy
Each item is handmade, with nature as our materials. Given that no two animals, or people for that matter, are alike, variations and "blemishes" are completely normal. No product will ever be exactly alike another and this is the beauty of what we do- please keep this in mind when buying and looking at the product pictures. For one-off designs, the images are of the actual product.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as made to order pieces) and worn jewelry. We prioritize your health and safety. If, however there is an issue, please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sale items are final sale and non-returnable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
